The body’s ability to relax is greatly enhanced by the modalities of vibration, sound and light, which combined together create a frequency that resonates with the body. 

This “resonant frequency” provides for the relaxation tendencies of the body to be improved by lowering the overall hertz level of the body.  This same theory, to a lesser degree, can be experienced through various relaxation techniques such as meditation, biofeedback and guided imagery.
